We are pleased to announce the promotion of Marie Laviolette as CEO of TB4 Ronam.

Marie Laviolette graduated in 2007 from the University of Ottawa with a Bachelor of Commerce degree, specializing in international management, and has been with TB4 Ronam since 2015. Over the years, she has played various roles in business development, project coordination, operations, and strategic development.

Recognized for her integrity, positive leadership, ability to bring people together, and vision aligned with strategic priorities, Marie shines at team building and delivering innovative solutions. There is no doubt that her extensive experience and 11 years with the organization will contribute to the company’s success.

As Chief Executive Officer, Marie is now responsible for leading and coordinating activities, making sure strategic and operational goals are met, and promoting the organization’s values.

Frédérick Turgeon, President, will now focus entirely on the company’s growth, development, and long-term future, while providing close support to senior management and the teams.
