TB4 Construction and Ronam Constructions Inc. join forces to become an undisputed force in industrial, commercial, institutional and multi-residential construction in Quebec.

Quebec City, September 6, 2023 – Founded 12 years ago and recognized as a leader in multi-residential construction, TB4 Construction announced today that it is acquiring Ronam Constructions, a company that has been well-established in the Quebec landscape for 33 years and whose reputation in commercial, industrial and institutional construction is well established. The stated ambition is to increase an already well-recognized strike force, and to achieve this, the new entity plans to combine skills and add complementary expertise to open up the field of possibilities to a clientele that is already well-established on both sides.

This merger and acquisition will, from “Day 1,” bring together the talents of 80 people within a new entity, under the presidency and general management of Frédérick Turgeon. Ronam’s current shareholders will also retain a management position within the new unified structure. This opens the door to the realization of larger-scale projects, without ever losing sight of the local management and values ​​that have made the reputation of these two players.
