MISSION UNITAÎNÉS – OFFICIAL START OF THE PROJECTS IN GRANBY AND SAINT-HYACINTHE

A modern apartment building with a mix of white and brick facade, featuring multiple balconies. It is surrounded by trees and grassy areas. On the right, a person sits on a bench near a yellow mailbox, while others walk on the pathway. The sky is mostly clear.

MISSION UNITAÎNÉS GRANBY

Friday, July 5, 2024 – Our project manager Myriam Bilodeau and our foreman Hugo Boisclair were on site for the official groundbreaking ceremony for the Mission Unitaînés construction site in Granby, along with, among others, the Mayor of Granby, Ms. Julie Bourdon, the Minister of Canadian Heritage and Member of Parliament for Brome-Missisquoi, the Honourable Pascale St-Onge, and the Minister of Public Security, Minister responsible for the Estrie region and Member of Parliament for Granby, Mr. François Bonnardel.

We are very pleased to participate in this wonderful project to build a building with 100 rental units spread over six floors and intended for low-income seniors, as part of the investments of the Mission Unitaînés.

MISSION UNITAÎNÉS SAINT-HYACINTHE

Thursday, June 20, 2024 – Official groundbreaking ceremony to launch the construction site in Saint-Hyacinthe! Frédérick Turgeon, our President and CEO, Myriam Bilodeau, project manager and Benoît Guérin, foreman, were on hand for this event! The Mayor of Saint-Hyacinthe, Mr. André Beauregard and the provincial MNA Chantal Soucy were also present to mark the start of this project serving the local community.

The project in Saint-Hyacinthe, like the one in Granby, consists of building a new multi-rental building for low-income seniors including 100 rental units spread over six floors above ground. The building, with a concrete structure, will also include common areas, a small community room and mechanical rooms.
