BACK CLINIC L5-S1

The project involved converting an existing clinic into an operating room, as well as making other improvements, including a reception area for clients, the construction of several consultation rooms, and the installation of a kitchen and staff break room. The operating room, with an adjoining recovery room, was designed in accordance with the requirements applicable to healthcare facilities.

Routing mechanical conduits through all floors to the roof was a management challenge, requiring close coordination with tenants to minimize disruption and respect each party’s operational constraints.
