To maximize the value of the project and ensure rigorous monitoring of project costs, our team participated in the pre-project with the client and the professionals, bringing several ideas and solutions.

The project involves some challenges including the completion of works in coordination with the maintenance of activities in the existing part which cannot be interrupted, the completion of works in winter conditions, critical coordination with mechanical / electrical subcontractors and monitoring a tight schedule to ensure compliance with the installation dates of all equipment supplied by the customer.
