The main challenge of this project was the short time allotted for the completion of the work, but the work was completed on time. LEED Certified certification is in the process of being obtained.
The presence and the involvement of TB4 Ronam from the embryonic stage of the project allowed a maximum integrated design and the respect of the initial budget.
