Description
Construction of a new head office for the company SmartMill, specializing in the design and development of integrated solutions aimed at optimizing the production and manufacturing processes for the wood industry.
The building, located in the Data Parc of Levis, has a wooden structure, highlighted in the new spaces, as well as a generous fenestration including a curtain wall. The spaces are divided into two main sectors: an administrative sector on two levels, which unfolds around an exposed interior courtyard and relaxation areas. Also, the plant sector, located at the rear of the building, offers a large, wide and high-rise space. This sector is also devoid of pillars in order to install an overhead crane.
