Description
Expansion and renovation of the Hotel-Musée Premières Nations in Wendake.
The new spaces include an expansion of the restaurant by adding a canopy on two floors as well as the construction of a new building, also on two floors. This allows the addition of 24 new accommodation rooms. The two new sectors are connected by an enclosed walkway.
The realization of this project was carried out with a tight schedule and while maintaining the activities of the restaurant and the hotel during the work. Regular monitoring was therefore carried out to have a perfect coordination on the site and so as not to disturb the peace of mind of the occupants.
