Description
Construction of a new factory in Sorel-Tracy
We are carrying out the construction of the first North American plant for TDF Canada, located in Sorel-Tracy, Quebec. This large-scale industrial project will enable the company to consolidate its new production facilities, laboratories, warehouses, as well as the offices of its Canadian head office within a modern building of over 40, 000 m² spread across five floors.
Specialized in the manufacturing of non-woven geotextiles made from virgin and recycled polyester, TDF has intcorporated several sustainable initiatives into its project, including energy recovery systems and the reuse of recycled plastic materials in its manufacturing processes.
Throughout the project, we are responsible for planning and management of construction work, cost monitoring, and coordinating with the various professionals ans suppliers involved. The team also ensures the integration of production equipment to support the efficient commissioning of the manufacturing facilities.
