Sila – Phase 3

The building is composed of a concrete structure for the foundations and a light steel structure for the above-ground part.

Among the particular challenges of this ambitious project, we had to coordinate a contingency related to the quality of the soils, which turned out to be much more unstable than expected, forcing us to review the work methodology to enable the foundations to be built. Our team overcame this challenge by working with the professionals in a leadership role. Although this situation delayed the start of foundation erection by about four weeks, we revised the schedule so that this did not delay the project’s final delivery date.
