Description
Construction of a new multi-tenant building for low-income seniors including 100 rental units spread over 6 floors above ground.
We carried out the construction of the Mission Unitaînés project, a multi-residential building located in Granby. This project aims to create a suitable living environment for seniors.
The building includes 100 residential units distributed over 6 above-ground floors. Built with a concrete structure, it also integrates common areas, a small community room, and mechanical rooms, promoting a functional, safe environment adapted to residents’ needs.
