Description
As part of the Quartier Orée project (a luxury rental condo real estate development in 4 phases), our team was commissioned to carry out the construction of the 4 buildings. The Orée C building represents the third phase of the project and includes 65 housing units as well as one floor of underground parking.
In collaboration with the customer and the professionals, our team got involved right from the design stage, bringing our expertise to bear right from the start. This helped us to meet our budget targets and stay on schedule. A particular challenge in constructing this building was to meet the budgetary targets for phase 3 in a precarious economic climate.
