Construction of three multi-family residential buildings

Description

Construction of three multi-family residential buildings

The project consisted of the realization of the three phases of the LB9 multiresidential development. This major real estate project includes a total of 730 modern rental units distributed across three distinct buildings, also incorporating several underground parking levels.

Phase 1 includes 224 units spread over 12 above-ground floors and 4 underground parking levels. Phase 2 includes 218 units over 15 above-ground floors and 4 underground parking levels, while phase 3 includes 288 units over 15 above-ground floors and 4 underground parking levels.

Throughout the different phases of the project  presented several significant challenges, including maintaining the budget in a particularly fragile economic context marked by the Covid-19 pandemic, rising material costs, and labour shortages. The integration of a high-end mechanical system while respecting the established budget also represented a major technical challenge.

Through rigorous planning, effective coordination with professionals, and proactive project management, TB4 Ronam was able to maintain schedules and achieve the objectives set by the developers, without compromising construction quality.
