Construction of a new 8-level multi-residential building featuring 141 units.
We are participating in the realization of the Trilogia Phase 2 project, a multiresidential building located in Sainte-Foy. The project involves the construction of an eight-storey building comprising 141 residential units, designed to provide a modern and comfortable living environment for its occupants.
The building stands out through its four underground parking levels, carefully constructed in concrete structure. The entire project is being developed with particular attention to quality of execution, energy performance, and durability, in order to ensure an optimal quality of life for residents on a daily basis.
Our presence and involvement from the beginning allowed us to optimize the integrated design process through close collaboration with the entire project team.
