Sila – Step 4

Construction of a building, including all work necessary for the erection of the structure and the development of its surrounding area.

The Sila 4 project involves the construction of a 147-unit apartment building, consisting of a six-story section and two levels of underground parking. The building is constructed entirely of concrete, unlike the SILA III project, whose above-ground structure is made of light steel.
