Phase 4 includes the construction of a multi-unit residential building

We are carrying out the construction of the Sila 4 project, a multiresidential building. This project includes all the work required for the construction of the building as well as the development of its surroundings. Sila 4 consists of a 147-unit residential building, including a six-storey section and two underground parking levels. The building is entirely constructed in concrete, which distinguishes it from the Sila 3 project, whose above-ground structure is made of light steel (TMS).
