Sila Neighborhood – Phase 4

We are carrying out the construction of the Sila 4 project, a multi-family residential building. This project includes all work necessary for the construction of the building as well as the development of its surroundings. Sila 4 consists of a 147-unit residential building, featuring a six-story section and two levels of underground parking The building is constructed entirely of concrete, which distinguishes it from the Sila 3 project, whose above-ground structure is made of light-gauge steel (TMS).
