Description
Achievement of the 2nd of the 3 phases of this project that involved constructing a building with 218 apartments spread over 15 above-ground floors and 4 levels of underground parking.
The presence and involvement of TB4 Ronam enabled the adherence to the initial budget and schedule, despite the challenging economic context and labor shortage, allowing the developers to offer luxurious yet cost-effective apartments to their clientele.
The main challenge during the construction of this building was to stay within the budgetary constraints amid the difficult economic circumstances caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.
