Description
In the context of the Quartier Orée project (a luxury rental condo real estate development in 4 phases), our team was commissioned for the design and construction of the 4 buildings. In the first phase, we completed Building Orée A, which includes 60 housing units as well as one floor of underground parking.
Right from the design phase, our team was involved in the project to help plan the layout.
In collaboration with the professionals and the customer, we optimized the site according to the 4 desired phases.
The particular challenge encountered during construction of the building was the complexity of the ground levels in view of the construction of the four phases of the project.
