Spaces include 49 en-suite bedrooms, common areas, shared bathrooms, kitchen, dining room and administrative areas. The residence will accommodate a clientele with mental health challenges. Our team became involved in the project at the preliminary design stage. Our involvement at this stage enabled us to optimize the project concept, while meeting the customer’s objectives.
